Shipping

We aim to send items within 48 hours of receipt of payment, during weekdays. For all online transactions the order process will begin as soon as we receive confirmation of payments. This includes payment by cheque or postal order. If paying by cheque or postal order, the order process begins once we have banked your payment.

We are based in the UK. For UK orders please allow 10 working days for delivery, especially at busy times of the year (e.g. Christmas). For international orders please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If your order does not arrive within these times please let us know and we will look into it.

We send the vast majority of items by first class UK Royal Mail, or airmail overseas. We offer free postage and packing for up to two CDs per order. If you are ordering more than two CDs please let us know before paying as extra postage charges may apply.

Returns

Returns should take place as soon as possible.

Any item which has a manufacturing fault can be returned for replacement or a refund. If the item is returned within seven days, postage costs will be refunded. This does not include items that have been damaged after they have been received.

All other returns will be dealt with on an individual basis, so if you are in doubt please contact us first.

Any costs incurred by you in returning items to us, e.g. postage and packaging costs, can not be reimbursed. Beyond the initial seven day period, the postage and packing costs that were paid for at the time of your order, will not normally be refunded either.

We try to accomodate all reasonable requests so if you have a specific problem please contact us directly.
